Topic: Clothing Donation
General Purpose: To motivate
Specific Purpose: To persuade my audience to donate their clothing or money for
helping natural disaster victims.
Thesis statement: Sharing something for other people is a good thing. It is very
easy when you want to be a donor.

Introduction
A. Gaining Attention
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Today I’m here to share my view with you on “Clothing Donation.” I hope you will be lending a hand to someone that suffering from terribly cold.
B. Motivating the Audience
Ladies and gentlemen, how do you feel when you see someone is suffering from natural disasters? Every year in the winter (October-January), there are over 10 millions that meet problems from natural disaster. Half of them are hill tribe people. They live far away from city. They lack the four necessities for living, and clothing is the most important for them in the winter. You know, they are suffering from terribly cold.
C. Relevance
One of the natural disaster victim and who are waiting for your helping might be someone you know.

Today I am going to talk who are suffering from terribly cold, second, where you can donate, and finally, what and how to you can donate.

BodyA. Who are suffering from terribly cold?
1. The statistics from Department of Prevent and Relieve Public Hazard of the last year, there are 19 provinces, 236 Amphurs, 20,604 Tombols, over 10 millions people.
2. There are 8 provinces in the northern of Thailand such as Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Lam Phun, Lam Pang, Phrae, Nan, Pa Yao.
3. There are 11 provinces in the northeastern of Thailand such as Loey, Ubon Ratchathani, Srisaket, Sakon Nakhon, Nong Khai, Mukda Han, Nakhon Phanom, Yasothon, Roiet, Nongbua Lamphoo, Maha Sarakham.

C. What and how to you can donate.
1. Clothing that you should donate are money and both of new and second clothing such as woolen coat, hat, scarf, trousers, quilt, glove, socks, footwear, ect.
2. 5 steps how to you can donate. First of all, find a reputable Organization that accepts clothing donation to help victims from natural disasters, then, visit their web side for more information, after that, contact charities and Organization that help victims from natural disasters, and then, pack into sturdy boxes, finally, take them to the Organization that you want to donate or sent them to address of that Organization.
